EFT is a form of psychological acupressure that uses light tapping instead of needles to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points. The tapping on specific points of the face and body is combined with stating the problem and is followed by an affirmation phrase.

Combining the tapping and speaking out loud balances the energy system and helps to relieve emotional stress and emotional pain. EFT is easy to learn and use.
